Loved me experience at Bissell eye care. Doctor Bissell was through and explained everything that was going on and why. I had the best experience at this eye doctor. I have had eye glasses for as long as I can remember 50 + years, and doctor Bissell and his staff have given me a renewed faith in the business. Didn't try to over sell you on services and even answered questions as to why other companies may have done it that way.

The most wonderful eye care experience! I have been to my share of optometrists/optometrist offices in several states over the past 20 years and none compare to what I experienced at Bissell Eye Care. Dr. Bissell is so personable and caring. He takes the time to explain things and really wants to know YOU as a person. The office staff is just as wonderful too. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy, well taken care of, work within your insurance policy and they all have such a sweet disposition!

The staff is excellent! They are friendly, professional, engaging and fun. Great help assisting with glasses that fit your face and look good on you and they are HONEST in helping you pick the best frame for your face. I've seen Dr. Bissell and Dr. Sturm, both are amazing. Very thorough, very educational, really taking time not rushing through the exam, answered my questions and explained everything. And I am very inquisitive. And of course Great selection and prices. Always a bonus.

Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. I've been going to Dr. Bissell for years now and have never been disappointed. He's very thorough in his eye exams and takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you need.

I went to check up for my eyes and I feel that I was taking care of very well . there took their time very thorough the doctor was very thorough so I couldn't think of a bad thing to say everything was good I'm happy and I would recommend them to anyone

Excellent eye practice, professional, caring, friendly. Dr. Bisell explains test results, options, gives you alternatives to your understanding. My kids and I consulted with other offices in the area and I believe this practice is by far the best. Strongly recommend!

The doctor and staff at the Bakestown office are very experienced, friendly and helpful as I have a strong prescription and difficult eyeglass fit. I am very satisfied with every pair of glasses over the years. Any adjustments or repairs have even been made eaily, even as a walk-in. I would go nowhere else!

Small, but a jewel of a local, independent small business. Dr Sturm was super competent and friendly, easy to talk to. But what sets them apart is Terri, who with a superb sense of style can help you choose the very best glasses for you in a jiffy. Highly recommended,
