My glasses broke and it was too soon to use my vision insurance. The staff went above and beyond to find a frame that my lens would fit into as the frame I broke had been discontinued. Within a few days, I have my glasses with a new frame for minimal cost. Awesome staff

We love this doctor and the ancillary staff too but I really wish that he took our insurance. We left him for 2years and although the price was so much cheaper our eyesight didn't measure up to Dr Bissells did. So we came back and although we had to pay a lot more it was worth it. We had to drop the extra coatings and such but I think that we'll ultimately be happy with these glasses!
