Loved me experience at Bissell eye care. Doctor Bissell was through and explained everything that was going on and why. I had the best experience at this eye doctor. I have had eye glasses for as long as I can remember 50 + years, and doctor Bissell and his staff have given me a renewed faith in the business. Didn't try to over sell you on services and even answered questions as to why other companies may have done it that way.

Dr. Bissell is so personable and caring. He takes the time to explain things and really wants to know YOU as a person. The office staff is just as wonderful too. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy, well taken care of, work within your insurance policy and they all have such a sweet disposition!

Great help assisting with glasses that fit your face and look good on you and they are HONEST in helping you pick the best frame for your face. I've seen Dr. Bissell and Dr. Sturm, both are amazing. Very thorough, very educational, really taking time not rushing through the exam, answered my questions and explained everything. And I am very inquisitive.
And of course Great selection and prices. Always a bonus.
